    Bug 224840 – security.warn_submit_insecure defaults to true is now tagged as fixed. Only the long regression in view source is still alive :(

    Apparently the 224840 fix occurred after the official 11/6 Windows release was compiled.

    Less and less important bugs. Maybe a 0.8 release soon …

    0.8 is scheduled for Dec/Jan and has this lot on the roadmap:

    “Download System Upgrade (ongoing Helper Applications and Download Manager updates), Part II (ben), XPInstall UI Upgrade (ben), Windows Installer (ben)”

    Well, it appears that Ben has made an effort in that direction. The first Windows Installer official build is available now. The discussion for it is on Mozillazine at this article http://mozillazine.org/talkback.html?article=3932.

    I am not sure how complete is (i.e whether it hits all of what is in the Roadmap) but it is a start. It is apparently a bit buggy but what can you expect.
