I also have “No XBL binding for browser” error , and it’s with the toolbarext http://downloads.us-east3.mozdev.org/clav/toolbarext
under linux.
This occures with official build and with self compiled build.
Another problem with pinball theme : no scrollbar !

Everyone who is complaining about the no XBL binding message shouldn’t complain here, but instead complain to (read: encourage) the extension developer to fix it.

There is an easy (temporary) fix for “No XBL binding for browser”: just copy toolkit.jar\content\global\bindings to toolkit.jar\content\global\widgets

I copied toolkit.jar from …\bindings to …\widgets. It did not work! :(

can someone post the exact url to go to to fix this xbl binding problem? the developer of tabbrowsing extensions doesn’t seem to speak english (if his site is any indication) so i can’t make heads or tails of how to fix this. firebird won’t even launch since I installed the extension.

for firefox v1.0 preview release, move chrome.rdf in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\6zue516s.default\chrome to another place. then start firefox with the default theme. you can also change to another theme. after that, copy back chrome.rdf. otherwise the new theme will not stick.
