2004-01-17 Trunk builds

  • Fixed on trunk: 55690 - Spool file should be moved once the user picks a filename (saving a file creates a file before location is chosen)
  • Continued regression: 231144 - Bookmarks menu missing submenu arrows.
  • Installer problem: 228672 - Installer deletes any non-Firebird files in the installation directory.
