2004-01-18 Trunk builds

  • Fixed on trunk and branch: on Linux, clicking in the url bar should not highlight the text
  • Fixed on trunk: 231266 - leak on starting and exiting
  • New regression: 231381 - Alt+D or clicking in address bar does not select text (on Windows)
  • New regression: 231338 - Middle-click on scrollbar does not move scroll button (Linux-only)
  • Continued regression: 231144 - Bookmarks menu missing submenu arrows.
  • Installer problem: 228672 - Installer deletes any non-Firebird files in the installation directory.

Windows builds: No official Windows build, cypher77's G7 SSE

Linux builds: Official Linux, Official Linux+xft+gtk2, daihard's, Yek's

Mac builds: Official Mac

    This is identified as the latest trunk build — the path under the link is:

    Just checking — do I always look under this path for ~nightly/ date-trunk/Firebird-mac … for the latest trunk build?

    2 things :
    – For the latest trunk build there’s firebird/nightly/latest-trunk (don’t forget [CTRL]+F5, especially if you’re behind a proxy)
    – For the latest 0.8 branch build, latest-0.8 is *not* there (a bit strange). But a quick look at the Burning Edge page will lead you to it.

    (The two versions are only distinguished by the directory, the rest is anecdotic : “date-number-0.x” for the 0.x branch and “date-number-trunk”/”latest-trunk” for the trunk.)
