Burning Edge FAQ updated

The Burning Edge FAQ now answers "How close is Firefox 1.0?" instead of "How close is Firefox 0.9?". I also added answers to "What do 'trunk' and 'branch' mean?" and added a link to each question at the top.

    In response to “What builds have the new Firefox icons and About dialog artwork?”, the FAQ claims only official milestones get the artistic treatment. Is this still valid? The nightlies [currently Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040730 Firefox/0.9.1+] I have been using seem to contain the new icons and About dialog. Am I missing something, or does that question also need to be updated?
