Well, I think you should fix the bug that crashes the gmail website since it crashes very often. I was using ff 1.5 20051111 and It did crash then I switch to 20051215 and the problem persist.

I use Gmail all the time with both Firefox 1.5 and trunk, and I haven’t noticed it being crashy. What OS are you using? Can you give a Talkback ID (easier on Windows and Linux) or a stack trace (easier on Mac)?

Can you give a Talkback ID for one of those crashes?

Can you explain me how to do so? I have no idea how to use talkback id. As I would not like to see this problem on the next patch. Thank you

When Firefox crashes, a window should appear asking you to send crash information to Mozilla (in addition to the window asking you to send crash information to Microsoft). If it does not, reinstall Firefox and check the box for “Talkback” or “Quality Feedback Agent”.
After you report a crash using Talkback, you can get the Talkback ID by running firefox\components\talkback.exe. Alternatively, you can include a comment when you submit the Talkback report, and then search for your comment using http://talkback-public.mozilla.org/talkback/fastfind.jsp.

Alberto, looks like a bunch of crashes in various parts of the JavaScript engine :( Those have been high in Talkback for a while. Brendan Eich and a few others have been working on them a lot lately. I get the feeling those crashes affect some users more than others — I’ve only hit them during normal browsing once or twice even though I use Gmail a lot. You might try disabling any extensions you have installed, and see if that makes the crashes go down.
