Hello,
When you have “force links that open in new window” enabled as “new tab” in the advanced options, then if a link contains a window with different “window size”, The whole application is resized to the size of that window.
This is a very annoying bug.
Thanks

All 1.0 blockers, hopefully, but certainly not all known bugs! Look at the roadmap: All 1.0 blockers, hopefully, but certainly not all known bugs! Look at the roadmap: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/roadmap.html

help help, ALL of my themes and extensions are voided!

I’m in the same position as joshua — I lost 20 extensions and all themes.
Will 1.0 be released so that it works with nothing? Personally, I would much rather have the many wonderful extensions and themes over fixing whatever bug/issue is prompting this wholesale erasure.

See peter(6) daily posts for the work-around for your extensions:
Easy workaround, Close Firefox,
open \%appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\randomname\extensions\Extensions.rdf
and change maxVersion=”0.10″ to maxVersion=”1.0″ (there may be a few).

fyi, simply changing maxVersion=”1.0″ does not necessarily allow firefox to use the extension. a better idea is to always back up your profile folder before playing w/ these nighty builds, which may or may not be compatible w/ installed extensions. otherwise, it’s just a roll of the dice.

If you’ve been using the extension in nightlies from shortly before the version number change, you can be pretty sure they still work in nightlies shortly after the version number change.
