Anyone else have this issue, that , when clickin on html files locally, you get an error message? I filed a bug for this, but bugzilla is down and i cannot remember the name.

Another thing, a very trivial one, every time Firefox is started you see the green update icon flash next to the help menu and then to disappear. Seems like its turned off every time.

No, this is *not* RC2, they only changed the version numbers before the relase. You will find Firefox 1.0rc2 in this folder, when it is released: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.0rc2/
