What month is “JN”?

My Crest toothpaste tube says "LOT318412EXPJN05". Is JN January or June? (This guy has another Procter & Gamble product and wonders the same thing.)

    It must short form for french : expiration : Juin 2005 so june 2005. My 2 cents

    P&G is based in Ohio. Why would an American company use French abbreviations on an English-language product?
